• Lead and define Services Sales strategy and strategic planning (Sales targets, resources, CAPEX and investments)
• Service P&L owner. Direct responsibility for Order Intake, Sales, cost of Sales, GM, EBIT
• Operational planning, build up local structure ensuring further growth and development
• Manage overall customer satisfaction focused on strategic customers (Key Accounts)
• Directly involved in all strategic company decisions as member of Directors Committee

Russia

• Ensure services business growth on a country level
• Directly in charge of marketing and business development of Services activity (new offer creation, promotion and launching)
• Manage a dedicated Services P&L, using KPI’s and reporting to monitor performance
• Lead, define and monitor budget targets: volume of orders intake, sales turnover, % and volume of margin on sales
• Responsibility of After sales service, guaranty of all SE range of products and customer satisfaction
• Motivate and animate sales forces in order they promote and sell Services
