After university, I worked for 4 years as a web developer and designer at "OAO Svyazinform" (btw with my friends Sergey Pomytkin and Dmitrty Alekhin which was my teachers), where I received basic web-development skills.Then 6 years of freelancing at oDesk (now Upwork). Performed a bunch of different projects, both large and small. I took almost everything that was offered. Often I came across projects with technologies that I knew nothing about. I had to learn on the go. When the customer was not satisfied with the deadline, I completed the project for free. That's how experience was earned. Despite all the difficulties, the average rating out of 120 reviews was 4.95 out of 5. I was in the top 10% of developers.Then in 2015 I was offered a full-time job at Qbix. To say that at first it was difficult is to say nothing. Never on oDesk have I come across such complex projects. I had to deal with tons of code, write new plugins, tools, applications and fixing bugs bugs bugs... But despite the complexity, the Qbix framework is very powerful, flexible and has unique advantages. Over time, I got used to it and took the position of Platform Director. I even became a co-owner of Qbix.
