Podbor.io is hr-tech startup that develops a platform for recruiting processes automatisation (search, screening, email chains etc.) Technically it is SaaS platform that aggregate about 5M candidates's profiles from 15+ public sources: from Linkedin to Github. It includes search engine with custom ranking system, entity recognition, oauth2 authorization, integrations with applicant tracking systems(ATS)I am responsible for all web part of project: data processing/storage, development REST API, development new functionality, integration with external services, interaction with a front-end developers, infrastructure support, monitoring, error handling, deploy, test automation.During the work, several important tasks for the project were completed:- developed oauth2 authorization system- implementing ElasticSearch as a search engine- refactoring the legacy monolith and switching to the structure of independent components using the principles of DDD- Docker implemented for quick deployment and testing

- development of the server part of several financial services- integration with external products (payment systems, antifraud, scoring, auto-dialing systems)- participation in the development of the client side (vue, cordova)- implementing push notifications (google firebase)- development of document image recognition microservice (OCR) in python

- implementation of various recommendation systems (content approaches, collaborative filtering)- implementation of various content ranking approaches- improvement of the current search engine- working with data- an analytics system was developed based on the Apache Hadoop architecture

Maintenance and development of new functionality in the search subsystem of the Zarplata.ru website
