As part of a bigger project team participated in the land and property developer / landlord selection and due-diligence. Supervised construction works by the developer to ensure timely execution of the project  Kept the overall responsibility for the project calendar and CAPEX: racking, NDC admin office, CCTV, Access Control and Time & Attendance system. Worked together with the relevant Procurement Category leaders to source all the required equipment and systems in the most cost effective manner.Extension of KC Factory Raw Materials Warehouse project: 14 000m2 of newly built factory space, 50% for on-floor storage and 50% for conventional racking, 9 months from the start to go-live, launched on time, within budget, in line with the factory management expectations of quality and service: Key contributor to the business case development, budget appropriation request and the project calendar Designed the extended warehouse layout of zoning and racking to maximise available storage space and to ensure future efficiency and safety of internal materials’ flow Identified specifications and calculated requirements for WH handling equipment (forklift trucks).
