Creating the best local delivery experience on a 7 markets including Kazakstan, Uzbekistan and Armenia. Built the team from a scratch, developed the strategy and helped my guys launch few big products in 2023 including cash on delivery for eats and buyout for delivery, completely redesigned Yandex Go (new main screen, new tariff line), new delivery products designed specifically for each market and products for corporate users. Some of this products created the market that didn't exist before brining up to 25% of countries delivers (+200k new deliveries every month) while others increased the number of deliveries by up to 4% for the established cities that make up 83% of the local business in the regionOverall we helped to make the markets profitable and increase its share in portfolio by 3pp (which is huge for non-main market).

Sberbank Wallet is the first project that was launched in agile transformation and the lessons that we have learned are now used to transform organisation from within. LeaI have personally led the cross functional teams from idea to presentation for shareholders delivered by CEO Herman Gref himself and to successful launch on App Store as product owner.

For a full year I have been closely working with the regional development head and SMS banking head to develop the best integration of digital banking and regions and through SMS channels. During this time I have successfully obtained the knowledge of product management and regional development.

This is a non-commercial organization that we have developed with 10 of my friends. Fully independent student consulting company that made real work with the help of Boston Consulting Group that was engaged in a project with mentoring and full time informational and skill support. We have developed the strategy of HR for Russian department of the biggest student organization AIESEC. The strategy was partly integrated improving the process of hiring and keeping the people in the organization.
