The report may be split to versions for various groups of receivers: C-level in charge of the function, head of team, heads of functions inside the team, team members;- Draft timeline of implementing the recommendations provided.Typical project is repeatable to make sure the team is implementing recommendations correctly. Periodic reviews are carried out in 3 months after report providing and then every 6 months.
