During this period I had 2 major projects: relocating the office and building JD Operation Center.During relocating I communicated with the construction company which did all internal construction inside the business center. Half of it was sold and half was relocated to our training center, whole goods warehouse and parts warehouse. I had to make sure the buying company came on time and did all the logistics of the furniture.The second project I had was building the Operation Center for Parts, Training and Whole Goods. My forerunner already found a site for the company, so my responsi-bilities were communicating with the company who owned the land, communicating with our project company and being representative of John Deere among the con-tracting companies. During the process of buying the land we all made all the exami-nations on the site (explosives, nuclear, ecological, etc.). Also I was responsible in finding the company for celebrating the groundbreaking ceremony. That included preparing of the place for the celebration, catering, stone, cake, invitations. This event was visited by 70 people, including Kaluga region Governor, John Deere Vice President and American Ambassador’s secretary. But unfortunately since the crises came the project has been frozen and I had little stuff to do.
