As the Head of E-Commerce I am responsible for increasing WEB site sales for small and medium size customers, for simplifying process of products purchases, for optimization products structure and creation new products to increase company revenue and increase customers satisfaction. In addition, I am responsible for developing more effective marketing support of sales for small and medium size customers. During last Years, I have increases e-Comm sales for 2 times every Year!As the Head of International Sales and Projects I organized cooperation with of The Network (leading World wide job boards associations) to sell hh.ru services world wide. Also, services of job boards from more than 130 countries were integrated to be available on Russian market. I was responsible for the development of partnership with foreign and local partners, and integration with ATS (Applicants Tracking Systems). Also, I have launched many projects and products for hh.ru which significantly increased company revenue.As The Head of Integration Department I developed XML interface and made integration with leading ATS like SAP E-Recruting, I-Grasp, Talent Link, Taleo, BrassRing and others. Also, I was responsible for co-operation with major Russian portal for cross-posting of vacancies and other projects with external partners (including Ozon, Yandex, Rambler, Free-lance, and many others)Also, I was Head of Project to develop and launch the official Recruitment site for the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014.

The company is the one of the leading distributor of cosmetic products on Russian market. I was the Head of regional branches, sales and development.

I launched “from zero” new high-tech business direction in the production of outdoor advertising. This business has taken a leading position in the Russian market.

I was fully responsible for launching at Russian Market new brand of hygiene products. Development organization structure and hire staff (from 5 at start to 170 people), organization production (with hight tech Italian equipment), sales and advertising brand at leading TV channels and magazines. When I left the company, it was only one company at Russian market, which produced the same quality products and on the same equipment like P&G.

I was responsible for development new projects of Bank in field of real estate. From receiving permits from state agencies to deals with constriction companies and sales of ready objects (multi-level garages, apartment building).
