Well intervention programs were prepared for gas production wells and PWRI and CRI wells aimed to optimize production and water back injection during smart development;6. “Clean up and build up” and multi-rate test” programs were prepared for gas production wells. Real time control during these programs was performed.

Responsibilities and tasks:1. Development of the software "C-CROT" for the conceptual design of oil and gas fields together with Russian university “MIPT”. Preparation of technical specifications for calculation of existing oilfield in PJSC "Lukoil. Organization of "C-CROT" licensing for PJSC "Lukoil";2. Development of solutions and pilot test organization of the downhole equipment for simultaneous oil production from two layers at hard-to-recover deposits with high deposit temperature;3. Developing of the integrated model "well-gathering system" of the Sredne-Nazymskoe, Aprelskoe and Galyanovskoe oilfields in the Schlumberger Pipesim software;4. Development of solutions and pilot test organization of the downhole equipment for low-flow wells working in the periodic operation mode.Results:1. The technical specifications were created and the contract was signed with “MIPT” to perform calculations on new license oil and gas fields of the Frolovskaya area. The licenses of C-CROT software were purchased for LUKOIL-engineering LLC;2. A contract was signed with NPF PACKER for pilot work of a single packer with a submersible electric valve for simultaneous oil production from two layers; 3. The gathering system model of the Sredne-Nazymskoye field was created in the Schlumberger Pipesim software package;4. A contract was signed with Elkam Company for pilot work of plunger pumps with a submersible linear motor.

Responsibilities and tasks:1. Optimization of the oil and gas gathering system and reservoir pressure maintenance, calculation of the required operating mode for surface equipment (pipelines, pumping stations, heaters and compressors) in the software Schlumberger Pipesim and IPM GAP;2. Selection of downhole equipment (ESP, sucker rod pump, tubing) for production and injection wells in the software Avtotekhnolog, IPM Prosper and Schlumberger Pipesim;3. Analysis of the production and injection wells stock with low failure interval. Performance of measures to increase failure interval (changing of operating well mode, introduction of new experimental equipment, changing of well repair schedule);4. The bottleneck analysis. Formation of measures to reduce the influence of complicating factors (paraffin, salt deposition, corrosion, mechanical impurities, radiation);5. Implementation and control of new developments in the oilfield (smart control stations for sucker rod pumps, LRP top drive systems, new deep equipment against mechanical impurities and corrosion);Results:1. The network of production and injection wells has been optimized, which allows oil and water flow prediction in the case of wells stoppage;2. New oilfield pipelines have been calculated. The new export pipeline with a heater for commercial oil has been calculated also;3. New methods against corrosion and salt deposition have been introduced. Planned failure interval equipment and oil production for each year have been achieved;4. The database of monthly equipment failure reports have been created, which is provided to the management to make strategic decisions;5. The method of "poor" failures has been developed, which allows to identify the most reliable pumping equipment (ESP, rod pump and others) of different manufacturing plants;6. A technical and economic analysis of tubing has been created, which allows to determine the most optimal type of tubing for each well.

Oilfield «West Qurna-2»

Responsibilities and tasks:1. Participation in control of oil and gas production system (over 100 production wells, 24 injection wells), drilling (3 teams), oil treating (9 technical lines), water treatment plant (6 installations), gas turbine power plant (GTPP) and oil transportation system. The ensuring of trouble-free operations;2. Preparation, analysis, consolidation and sending of daily reports to Iraq oil ministry and shareholders of the Company). Closing the day by compiling an operational production summary in 2 languages (English and Russian versions);3. Participation in the coordination of all rescue services (ERS, medics, production departments). Notifying staff about emergencies, training sessions, and other incidents. Logging of emergency events. Analysis of occurred incidents to prevent them in the future;4. Participation in the coordination of production services (Production, CPF, Power Operations) during production shutdowns, oil delivery, and emergency power shutdowns;5. Updating process diagrams in the automated process control system (Siemens XHQ, Dashboard, PI ProcessBook, etc.).Results:1. All annual parameters of oil production, oil delivery and new wells drilling for 2014 and 2015 were performed;2. The minimum number of emergencies and the absence of serious accidents at the oilfield were ensured;3. Optimization and visualization of production schemes (well temporary lines, gas system, and well placement) in the PI Process Book software was performed.

Responsibilities and tasks:1. Selection of downhole equipment for production wells, taking into account complicated factors (directional survey, free gas, oil viscosity) in the software Schlumberger Pipesim, Weatherford WellFlo and Baker Hughes Autograph;2. Analysis of the well stock with progressive cavity and sucker rod pumps with low failure interval. Participation of geological and technical events. Development of measures to reduce the complicated factors influence (paraffins, high oil viscosity, mechanical impurities);3. Implementation and control of new developments in the oilfield (new types of rods for progressive cavity and sucker rod pumps, LRP top drive systems, new measuring systems for well flow rate, high-performance progressive cavity pumps for wells with low failure interval and new centralizer for rods);4. The bottleneck analysis. Formation of measures to reduce the influence of complicating factors (the influence of free gas on suction submersible pump, loss of well flow rate when the ambient temperature decreases, rod failure during production).Results:1. The selection method of progressive cavity pumps was developed, the Company is still using. This method is universal and can be used for any oilfield where progressive cavity pumps are used;2. A progressive cavity pump stand for testing was placed in operation. Dozens of progressive cavity pumps of different sizes and manufacturers were tested, and the criteria for the applicability of new and repair progressive cavity pumps were determined;3. The selection method of sucker rod pumps was developed, the Company is still using. This method is universal and can be used for any oilfield where sucker rod pumps are used;4. A technical and economic analysis of the well pumps was created, which takes into account the cost of equipment, maintenance, electricity costs and the cost of well repair.
