I hold a Master's degree in Literature in English from UERJ (State University of Rio de Janeiro). Prior to that, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Language and Literature (English and Portuguese) at UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro). Currently, I provide proofreading services for a company that provides foreign credential evaluations, study creative writing at PUC-Rio, and also work as a self-employed English teacher.Since 2017, I have conducted research on novels written by women in the 19th century and on Feminist literary criticism. During my undergraduate studies, I have worked as a Teacher Assistant, as Junior Researcher, and as part of the team of a creative writing academic Journal named "intransitiva". I have also worked abroad as a research intern, published book chapters in Brazil and abroad and demonstrated a historic of active communication of the results I obtained from my research.As an English teacher, I have worked at renowned English schools in Brazil as Cultura Inglesa and Wizard. Since 2020, during the pandemic, I learned I was able to impact the life of my students more positively working as a self-employed teacher since it gives me freedom to teach English as the international language it is. Currently, I have been studying creative writing and developing my skills. Some of my texts are available online.Graduada em Letras nas habilitações Português e Inglês pela UFRJ; mestranda, na UERJ, em Literaturas de Língua Inglesa; professora de inglês para fins acadêmicos.Trabalho, desde 2017, com pesquisa na área de romances de autoria feminina no século XIX e da crítica feminista. Durante a graduação, fui monitora (Teacher Assistant) de Drama em Língua Inglesa, aluna de iniciação científica e membro do corpo editorial de uma revista de escrita criativa, a "intransitiva". Na minha trajetória, também tive oportunidades de trabalhar com pesquisa internacionalmente. Tenho publicações na área e um histórico de ativa comunicação dos resultados obtidos durante minhas pesquisas.Como professora de inglês, já atuei em escolas de idiomas como Wizard e Cultura Inglesa. No momento, colaboro com pessoas que desejam alcançar o sucesso no meio acadêmico por meio da potencialização de seus conhecimentos na língua. Dedico-me, também, ao trabalho como escritora e mantenho um blog com textos de minha autoria.
