Concordia is the Brazilian implementing partner, responsible for the overall activity management projects and the UK Executing Agency is the Greater Manchester Academic Health Science Network (AHSN), which carried out field research and organized the information necessary for the preparation of general reports with the aim of achieving the objective of the Health Accelerator Program. The aim of the project was to improve health outcomes and human development within the city and region. One of the main guidelines explicitly sets the goal of reducing waiting times for access to medical services by defining and implementing care networks based on holistic care. With the aim of leveraging Britain's technological know-how and operational expertise, to improve aspects of the underlying functional systems and thus help the Secretary achieve the goal of reducing the costs incurred by the health system, improving the speed and quality of the services citizens receive.- Conducted field research.- Analyzed data and generated weekly and monthly reports.- Field research in all Healthcare systems of Recife.- Defined and evaluated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and action plans.- Participated in strategic meetings with the British delegation and the Recife Municipal Government.
