Full EditorBamberg Dec 2011 - Sep 2012My work at Bamberg was an incredible experience. I met focused professionals, some with many years of experience. It was at Bamberg that I was able to develop a greater focus on relationship writing, or internal marketing, if you prefer. In parallel, almost dividing the work proportion by 50%, I had the opportunity to work with promotional marketing combined with new technologies. The difference in this experience was dealing with large clients, such as Banco do Brasil, Pirelli and others. There I was able to give vent to a series of ideas that previously could not be carried out due to budgetary restrictions. If there is a specific work to highlight as an achievement, it is the Privilegiato Program, together with the Pirelli Na Pista Program (the latter already started when I arrived), which have grown and thanks to the diligent management of their directors have achieved excellent results. Created by me, the Privilegiato Program was so well received by the client that his plans extended to a possible version of it in Italy, Pirelli's own country. Special note to some colleagues and superiors I had at this agency, people who made everyday life not only stimulating but also an irresistible invitation to embrace the place's work philosophy. Not only do I thank you, but I recommend everyone who works in the area to try to be part of the Bamberg team one day.

If years before I had started my career with this type of work, there I was able to absorb valuable concepts and practices in this field, since RS Direct has in its history practically part of the "fatherhood" of direct marketing in Brazil.

Full EditorJotacom - The Cross Performance Agency 2007 - 2009The period at Jotacom was rewarding in two aspects: contact with different clients and learning in an environment of individual pressure. There I served Shopping Villa-Lobos, Super Shopping Osasco, I did different campaigns for real estate developments (from start to finish) and I had the chance to participate as a key player in different competitions, some for clients who are still there today. On the issue of the environment, I like to point out that if there was anything valuable at Jotacom it was the opportunity to be noticed. There was no room to hide in a cubicle within a department with 45 creatives. No. What existed there was a lean team that was extremely engaged in the search for more--and better--customers. This reflected in the morale of the team, which was rewarded not only financially but also organizationally, whether by moving up a position or taking advantage of improvements in the work environment. Anyway, that's where I was able to participate in the business journey of an agency that wanted to reposition itself (it was just a media bureau at the beginning) and then grow. With this, I myself grew, as I arrived there as a junior editor and, after two seasons working with them, I was able to feel good about the responsibilities of a full editor.
