Tools used: Google My Business and Analytics, sponsored links (administration and maintenance of campaigns to Google AdWords). Updated and restructured the website (via Wordpress) using SEO tools (keywords, loading speed, analyse external links and plug-in measurements). Implementation of Corporate Page on Linkedin. Organized fairs and events (pre- and post-), materials (brochures, gifts and POS material). Structured annual plans and consolidated goals, followed-up press releases, reviews and new products. Developed layouts and I was responsible for the management of satisfaction surveys to the clients. Every year, we were the leader in the Annual Report Project to shareholders and directors.

Managed the website through an intranet (including web banner development, content change, inserted product and events). I undertook quantitative and qualitative surveys related to the company certification (periodic analysis of access / visualizations with Google Analytics), linked control through Google AdWords tool, advertised side by side and dealt with press releases for media. I put photos together with clients and contacted advertising agencies to define the company material.

I oversaw the organization and communication planning for events/training, correcting and elaborating the layouts, updating the website (HTML language), giving quotations for gifts, sending products for the creation of 'reviews' by the media.

Assistance to the advertising agency (briefing, sending, receiving and the correction of layouts). I was responsible for the realization of quotes in graphic and gift suppliers. I also sent weekly digital newsletters to clients, and updated the website daily and completed the structuring of events and/or training to both internal and external public. I developed actions of endomarketing, updated new products. I was responsible for testing and approving structural changes to the website. Supported the legal department.
