I was responsible for the marketing and sales team, guiding my team on the right path to scale our results. Before building the team I had, I worked on the development of paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Linkedin Ads, designed the entire website of the 0 company to grow our conversions and optimize our content, I was responsible for posts on social media and blog, in addition to sending marketing and commercial emails. I worked with all relationship areas, proposing and running the most varied tests to scale the results of each area.MAIN PROJECTS: Hubspot management and improvement (data completeness and confidence analysis), marketing and sales content adequacy to comply with LGPD and GDPR, SEO and LGPD and GDPR training, blog content optimization, research new tools for all relationship teams, collection and analysis of NPS and analysis of website performance in analytics, directing the efforts of the content team to the correct optimizations of the website to perform better.MAIN RESULT: They used and paid 5 different tools + Hubspot to run the campaigns and didn't give as many results, I centralized all data in Hubspot, updated incomplete data, and deleted unnecessary information, facilitating the work of the marketing team and ensuring conversion results.

I worked in the attraction and relationship of leads from the company's two initiatives - ClassApp and Exponential Schools. I developed guidelines for the writers of both blogs, created both Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and Google ad strategies, managed social media, and also worked with blog post optimization.MAIN PROJECTS: the creation of the Instagram for Escolas Exponênciais (now with more than 3 thousand followers), optimization of ads, optimization of blog posts, organization of the ClassHack event, and support in the organization of ClassUP.MAIN RESULT: Exponential growth in blog hits, with numerous posts presented as featured snippets on Google.
