I have been working in supply chain industry for 17 yrs, start as a DC operation spv in a National Distribution Company distribute reputable multinational FMCG product. And for the last 13 yrs I have sharpen my logistics skill in logistics provider handle Unilever's product and learn how to improve performance in Warehouse, Land & Sea Transport, WMS, TMS, Domestic Freight Forwarding and how to make value creation with customer to enhance service level but on the other hand reduce operating cost. My first job was lead Makassar DC for 7 yrs responsible for Unilever's product distribution in Sulawesi and after that for 3 yrs lead 10 DCs in Outer Island handle +500 headcount, +70k sqm whs, manage +2.5 mil cases inventory & utilised +500 fleets deliver to 600 distribution point, not only responsible for agreed KPI, keep satisfying customer but also how to increase profitability company through productivity increment. And for 2 yrs I also had lead Operation Excellence from lead project implementation to responsible for renewal ISO certification and at last for almost 2 yrs become Key Account Mgr and still keep managing Unilever. Start on Nov'18, I became Head of Supply Chain from one of the biggest P&G distributor in Indonesia, lead 4 Region (32 branches), 1,200 hc, +25k pp storage & 12 principles include P&G.
