As SVP, Head of Client Strategy, I developed and launched the framework for the Client Services and Strategy Team hiring and management of the new team within 6 month improving client satisfaction and retention.

As SVP, Account Service and Managing Director, I created seamless processes across departments for Project Management, Client Services, Performance Media, Marketing Automation, Design and Development to enable a faster sales cycle and higher quality deliverables.

As VP, Performance and Media, I developed the framework and process for the Performance Media and Marketing Automation Practices including hiring and management of 14-person team of the new practice within 12 months. Also, selected and launched all media tools for bid management, third party tracking and call tracking. Developed industry leading analytics to track offline conversions to online media channels, including attribution for view-through display impressions to phone calls. Integrated and launched 3rd party Media Mix Model insights to drive both improved performance and client confidence in agency execution.

As Marketing Manager, I led the measurement and optimization of patient-delivery marketing efforts for the nation’s largest pediatric dental provider, seeing more than 2 million patients annually. I rose from a new employee to a respected member of the senior leadership team in only a few months. The program included Online, TV, Radio, Outdoor & Directories initiatives for the company, as well as internal communications for the 2,500+ person organization. Promoted to Extended Executive Team and Senior Field Leadership Team within first year to lead cross-functional companywide initiatives. Developed and executed multi-channel creative for external and internal campaigns. Including TV, Website, Landing Pages, Mobile, Internal Communications, Direct Mail & Doctor Recruitment. Developed marketing campaigns to expand target audience including new service offerings, new target segments and new brand.

In only 5 years, I rose through the ranks at BKV from an entry-level employee as part of the leadership program to managing the agency’s fastest growing account. My experience there spans from blue-chips such as AT&T to fast growing midcap companies like Kool Smiles. Led agency deployment of $20M annual client spend towards: TV, Radio, Outdoor, SEM, Directories, Print and PR. National patient delivery exceeded aggressive goals. Managed the development of Brand Guidelines, Identity and Positioning for a new product, “Debt Wise“. 2009 Max Awards, Winner “Excellence in outstanding innovations of Georgia-based companies”. Launched company’s most responsive multi-media marketing campaign for “Debt Wise”– including a TV, SEM, PR and Direct Mail generating 14,000 new subscription customers. 2010 DMA International Echo Award, Winner “Echo Leader”; 2010 South Star Awards, Nominee. Pioneered a Direct Mail only client through the launch of a Paid Search Campaign garnering a 33% more efficient cost per sale. 2010 Amy Awards, Finalist “Web & Interactive Marketing”.
