Andrianne is a global legal executive with more than 20 years as a strategic and operational leader in the utility sector and environmental services industry. While in private practice at an AmLaw 50 firm, she advised investor-owned utilities and private equity funds on energy M&A and infrastructure development projects in the United States and Sub-Saharan Africa. Andrianne currently serves as the chief legal officer to C-suite and operational executives at Veolia North America. She and her team leverage technology and innovation to provide strategic support for the water, waste and energy management businesses across the Veolia footprint. They proactively address business challenges and support the company’s development and implementation of environmental solutions, amid an evolving regulatory landscape. As a legal and business executive, Andrianne promotes a collaborative work environment for her team to grow and advance professionally. She fosters a culture of respect and integrity, while encouraging thought leadership and continuous learning outside of traditional legal education. During her career, Andrianne has been recognized by the National Law Journal as an "Energy and Environmental Law Trailblazer” (2017), and by Public Utilities Fortnightly in its publication “Women Leading Utilities: The Pioneers and Path to Today and Tomorrow” (2021).
