This system successfully identified numerous bots that were creating chaos, spreading confusion, and diverting attention from important policies on social media.-Scraped and analyzed large datasets to extract valuable insights from social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, using Pandas, Python, Power BI, and various open-source tools. This analysis was crucial for informing significant government decisions and gauging public sentiment regarding political campaigns or initiatives.- Used NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Machine Learning to implement machine learning to implement models that allowed identifying anomalies, fake news and performing sentiment analysis for Tweets and Posts.

FUNCTIONS: Develop virtual agents focused on the service area using artificial intelligence models based in machine learning, achieving the objective of automating repetitive tasks and improving customer service.ACHIEVEMENTS:• Develop and implement together with my team a chatbot for the help desk of one of the most important health franchises. Develop more than 200 prediction models where the creation of tickets will be automated using RPA robots integrated with the chatbot.• I designed, developed and implemented one of the credit profiling chatbot for one of the most important clients in the country in this area. For this, the rules models are integrated with machine learning models in order to provide a more optimal service that allows the user to determine what types of credit can be accessed according to certain user characteristics.• I trained artificial intelligence models to recognize different topics in user conversations, both in chatbots and voicebots. For this, I actively participated in a multidisciplinary development environment where the 'tagger' area was very important in the training process.• Improving the company's development framework to optimally use resources and more easily implement the different models that the state of the art demands.• Configure and implement different open source tools as a leverage resource in the development and implementation of specific services in artificial intelligence.
