To achieve this, I have initiated a developer writing style guide and I am promoting best practices in developer driven content from UI alerts or error messages to API specifications.I own, develop and promote the company's developer portal. I write tutorials and how-to articles and manage basic website operations. In two years, the portal has grown to over 40 pages, 40 tutorials and 300 daily users.My daily activities involve working with a combination of tools and technologies such as MadCap Flare, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, GitHub and Sourcetree, Git, Flowable Design, Meld, WordPress. I have coordinated 2 developers and 4 regional analysts, acting as operations lead and liaison between the business and technical teams, keeping track of progress, communicating changes to target audience, preparing training guides for both end users and administrators.• The operational implementation of Oracle University’s learning management system in Greece and Cyprus, ensuring the two countries’ business follows the standard processes.
