1. Design, plans and coordinate of testing & commissioning schedule to all team members, sub-contractor partners and stakeholder.2. Manage of man power requirements and leads all team members during the testing and commissioning work process.3. Prepare, monitor, and ensure that all testing & commissioning are properly executed, on track and followed through for customer satisfaction.4. Support and guide the on-site team in case of any electrical related issues during the construction phase.5. Create and submit internal reports related to electrical issues to the product manufacturer.6. Regularly report projects work-in-progress status, highlights and report potential problems and risks, and propose addressing solutions.7. Participate in the site meetings or coordination with customers, architects, consultants, project implementers and field supervisors, etc., if needed.8. Provide testing & commissioning supporting documents for handover to service department after all project works are completed.9. Provide technical training related to the work periodically to all team members to improve their knowledge & skills.

1. Plan and coordinate adjusting schedules to the Adjuster team.2. Controlling, monitoring and ensure that adjusting works is in compliance with operational procedures and quality standard.3. Follow up the progress of work and make report to the head of department.4. To Prepare & make test data report for certification.5. Attend inspection for certification, joint inspection & hand-over process.6. Provide training and ensure the adjusting team understands and perform adjusting work processes.7. Attend monthly site meeting with customer if necessary or as required.

1. To carry out adjusting work according to the Quality standard.2. To prepare & report time tickets and other reports of adjusting activities..3. To prepare & report 100% check list, IPC, PMT measurement for each unit.4. To prepare & make the test data report for certification.5 Attend inspection for certification, joint inspection and hand-over process.6. Conduct job training to other workers when necessary.7. Assist troubles and problem on the job site.8. Attend site meeting as required.9. Responsible to assist the hand over of the unit.10. Consistently enforce the safety rules to the other workers in the job site.11. Responsible for own safety and accountable for job site safety.
