The Forum Empresarial da LGPD (Brazilian Business Privacy Forum) is a wide business coalition focused on pursuing legal certainty and promoting the culture of privacy and data protection in Brazil. The Forum was officially created in October 2021 and gathers around 100 private sector Industry and Trade Associations representing around 80% of Brazilian GDP. I am proud to be its first elected Secretary General for the first rotating secretariat managed by the Brazilian Software Association (ABES) from October 2021 to October 2023.
