With more than 20 years in the market, Andriei is an executive with experience in corporate affairs (government affairs, communications, ESG) and digital transformation, working in the sectors of information technology, mining, logistics and machinery & equipment.Since October 2021, he took on the mission of structuring the area of government relations and public policy in Latin America for Kyndryl, a company that is a global leader in IT infrastructure services present in more than 60 countries. During 2023, he also took on the global policy lead role for AI, having worked on the structuring of the company's first Responsible AI policy. Since 2024, he assumed the global role of Policy Lead for Network & Edge with a focus on connectivity.During his professional career, Andriei held different positions in Corporate Affairs in large multinationals from Brazil (Vale SA) and the United States (IBM and Kyndryl), as well as in Business Associations (ABIMAQ and ABES) having worked with investment facilitation, ESG, international trade, international relations, tax and labor issues, research and innovation, internal and external communication.Since 2015, Andriei has been one of the main voices of the business sector for digital transformation and regulation of new technologies in Brazil. Statutory Vice-President of the Brazilian Association of Software Companies (ABES), he leads its Regulatory Committee since 2016. Since 2022, he is President of the Council of Digital Economy and Innovation of Fecomercio of São Paulo. Between 2020 and 2023, he founded and led the Business Forum of the LGPD, a coalition of more than 100 business industry associations that works for legal certainty and the promotion of the culture of privacy in the country. He was also one of the co-founders and leaders of the movement Brazil, Digital Country, a business initiative that, since 2016, works with a focus on building a more digital and less unequal country.Andriei has a PhD in Political Science (Unicamp, Brazil) and in Sociology (Aix-Marseille University, France). In the academic area, he has worked on topics of innovation, data protection, privacy, artificial intelligence, digital law, technology, future of work.
