I am a founder and partner of MBE Consulting responsible for the business strategy across the group. I am a qualified actuary and Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries with 25+ years of experience in life insurance and related financial sectors. When I launched MBE Consulting in 2008, my focus then and still today, is to provide strategic actuarial solutions that enable organisations to improve the performance of their actuarial teams. My central focus is working with actuarial leaders and their teams sharing my vision for their organisations and the industry, enabling them to reconstruct how they operate providing and supporting them with a clear, workable strategy that in turn allows them to contribute to the transformation of the life insurance sector. It’s equally as important to me that I help our people at MBE grow and develop through leadership and mentoring and if required providing them with technical actuarial guidance.
