We also offer INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED & RECOGNIZED PILATES TEACHER TRAINING COURSES - inclusive of Anatomy. Our courses are internationally recognized and we are affiliated with International and Professional Organizations and Associations. Our courses are also endorsed by REPSSA (Register of Exercise Professionals South Africa) and BASA (The Biokinetics Association of South Africa). We employ highly trained, certified and skilled pilates instructors.We offer PILATES; YOGA; BALLET, BOOT CAMP & PERSONAL TRAINING in a Private, Semi-Private and Group Training environment using Specialised Pilates & Cardio Machines and a variety of Small and Fitness Equipment.Our focus is on fitness, strength and flexibility, within a safe, but challenging environment. It includes Sports-specific Training and Body Conditioning in order to create more effective body awareness and optimised muscle efficiency and Corrective Rehabilitative measures where required.
