Andrii Biletskyi is a Ukrainian expert and member of academia and has contributed significantly to the fight against corruption in Ukraine since 2015, regularly participating in discussions on this agenda, such as whistleblower protection in Ukraine, or the implementation of anti-corruption instruments such as civil forfeiture of illicit assets. He holds a PhD in Law from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and has worked at the Anti-Corruption Research and Education Center and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy since 2018. He has authored/co-authored scientific and analytical papers in Ukrainian and English. He is currently researching the integrity assessment/vetting of anti-corruption officials in Ukraine and the comparative analysis of integrity assessment/vetting of justice sector officials at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. Andrii has worked with several technical assistance projects. He has worked with the USAID Justice for All Project since 2016, especially the development of the anti-corruption component of legal education. He conducted corruption risk assessments in the field of legal education in 2021 and helped minimize corruption risks in law schools in 2023-24. He organized and conducted training as an anti-corruption expert for 20 environmental NGOs for the International Renaissance Foundation in 2021. He was also an expert for EU PravoJustice, U-Lead with Europe, Basel Institute of Governance, WWF and OSCE.
