Served as lead client developer and project lead. Overtook a project from another lead and brought it to release, managed to release in time. Managed a globally distributed team of Unity engineers, scaling from 3 to 6 members, doing code review and tasks assignment. Worked on core features, localization integration, and implementation of automatization of build/delivery, IAPs upload to iTunes/Google play store using GoCD and Fastlane. In addition, continued to work after the release of the project, supporting it and fixing bugs.
