For me, this ranks among the most rewarding experiences. Ever since my childhood, I’ve envisioned myself as an inventor. As a design engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering from the OST University of Applied Sciences, I’ve turned my dream into reality. Developing innovative solutions to technical challenges is what drives me, bringing immense joy and fulfilment. Efficient contribution to a project requires a deep understanding of the needs of my partners, customers, and users. It is important for me to develop solutions that deliver long-lasting value. If the actual goal and intention of a project is recognised too late, this can lead to missed opportunities for more effective solutions. While this may seem obvious, I believe the focus in development should not be put on developing parts, assemblies, or machines, but on functions and added value. We only start the long, intense, and often costly journey of hardware development when we are confident it meets your true needs.
