- Develop creative ways to enhance or improve awareness & engagement through content creation- Involved in the end-to-end production processes of but not limited to Tiktok content, and Instagram reels- Collaborate with team members to ensure the production of high quality work

- Responsible in building, growing, and leading creative team for BinarGO!- Lead a team of over 20 people divided into 3 different group; managing workflow, deliveries, and helping each individual to maximise their professional growth through various projects & responsibilities- Quality assurance throughout creative timeline (pre production, production, and post-pro)- Translate all business brief into creative output to be implemented on brand’s various platform (apps, website, and social medias)- Exploring new themes and trends that can be implemented in BinarGO! creative growth according to brand guidelines- Giving creative direction for each BinarGO! production in various platforms - Coordinating, collaborating, and streamlining creative team workflow and deliveries with cross-functional team:1. With Instructional Design (ID) & Academic Quality (AQ) to assure the most effective deliverablesinform video formats2. With Product Manager (PM) and Business Owner (BO) to coordinate marketing and sales strategy for BinarGO!3. With Marketing, to maximise both content quality and engagement on company’s different social media channels- Reporting to Head of Learning & Research Design and Head of Academy Teaching-Learning Implementation on all creative, design, and visual implementations

- Calculate expenses needed to conduct research- Payment assurance to vendors and researchers involved in each project- Assist research team in during research conduct

- Quality control on all materials for ARENA.ID channels (live, video & animation assets, sponsorships)- Responsible in ensuring production instruments are aligned with guidelines (timeline, props, script, location)- Collaborate with content and video division to achieve KPI- Brainstorm idea on day-to-day basis to ensure creative direction can grow in accordance to business objective- Conceptualize and arrange new programmes for ARENA.ID according to business guideline

- Operate the studio for ARENA.ID live stream- Editing the post production of ARENA.ID live stream to become programme highlights- Collaborate with content and video division to achieve KPI- Brainstorm idea on day-to-day basis to ensure creative direction can grow in accordance to business objective

- Documentation of SEBANGSA.COM live event- Editing post production materials of SEBANGSA.COM live events- Collaborate with content and video division to achieve support KPI achievements
