• Production management• Production planning (plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime)• Delegate tasks effectively and analyze reports to improve efficiency and output• Manufacturing process analysis, increasing production productivity• Management of the design department, introduction of a new product into production• Supply department management• Technical department management (looking for manufacturing machineries and dealing with distributors)• Develop new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy• Presently the team consists of ~90 people, including 5 in management

• Production management (LEAN, KPI, SMART, OEE methods)• Production planning (plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime)• Delegate tasks effectively and analyze reports to improve efficiency and output• Ensure all machines are always in full working order and investigate any problems• Manufacturing process analysis, increasing production productivity• New project management (looking for manufacturing machineries and dealing with distributors)• Implementation of ERP and other IT ( Lean2s, SCM Maestro Ottimo Cut, etc.)• New product improvement in manufacturing• Develop new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy• Presently the team consists of ~80 people, including 7 in management
