We started as internal project aiming to help and improve GP Transcoemployees in daily tasks and ended up solving most of the business issues -mobile app for drivers to scan documents and retrieve loads information,invoicing, payrolls, loads autotracking with automatic notifications tocustomers, KPI module and much more.Main duties:- Hiring developers;- Leading team in technical, development and cultural processes;- Running Agile ceremonies;- Helping team members to identify further growth and career paths in the company;- Being a lead engineer (Ruby on Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, React);- Discussing plans and vision with stakeholders, identifying pitfalls;
