Value based sales however are still effective, and we managed to have a steady 7-10% growth year over year.Besides selling I was trusted with reorganization and implementation of new procedures to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency. After 5 years we had almost twice as many sales with 20% decrease in personnel requirement.

TBM Baltic was a successful market-challenger supplier of components for PVC frame windows (Brands represented: Maco, Dr.Hahn, etc.). Due to limited market size, successful sales depended a lot on a good relationship with accounts in the area.I have joined company at the last stages of active growth, therefore had a great opportunity to learn finer points of continuous account management.

One and a half year caper abroad landed me in an office of a car rental company, owned and managed by the same family for 35 years. I've left with greatly improved English and desire to continue selling value instead of price.
