Ongoing project „NortBalt HVDC Converter Station in Klaipeda”.Sub-contractor senior installation supervisor for this project. Working closely with main contractor „ABB” , client, civil engineers and other staff to ensure quality completion on time of all installation works.Main activities and responsibilities: • Organize and manage activities related to all on site installation works.• Responsible for all primary and secondary equipment installation activities: valve cooling system installation; DC halls, Valve halls, Reactor hall, DC area, AC area, GIS (ABB gas insulated switchgear) and Transformer area equipment, primary and secondary circuits installation; Auxiliary transformers installation; Control cubicles, DC distribution, LVS, MVS and MCC installation and energization.• Perform the detailed planning of the work.• Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients.• Report and analyze any disturbances that may occur during the installation.• Liaise with client and customer.• Ensure that the work is documented according to all requirements.• Reading electrical design specifications and technical drawings.• Responsible for tools, machinery and workers optimum usage. • Trouble shooting that appears during installation.• Commissioning supervision.• Subsystem test supervision.• Trail operation supervision.

• Design of 0.4/10kV distribution circuit diagrams and drawings.• Lighting and power networks design.• Lightning protection design.• Identifying customer requirements.• Liaising with customers and contractors
