Project management. I have a lot of experience in different product management, especially in digital and online projects. I have worked with Agile methodology and have used Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian tools to start, maintain and finish the different difficult projects. The biggest project was made in Telia with a cost about 300k Euro, that was creating B2B online shop, included merging few systems, creating upsell and Self Service tools, UX design change, integration with some other systems like SalesForce, PVW, Scala and migration from Engine to Hybris platform. So I can manage and finish different projects in tight time stripe.WEB development. I am learning and have already created my own WEB pages. I also know how to work with Magento and have 5 years experience of its administration. For WEB development I also use Photoshop, Canva or other programs for picture or video editing. I also used other WEB administration tools like Engine, Hybris or PrestaShop. I have some experience in HTML and CSS programming languages.Online marketing. I have 12 years experience in e-commerce and online sales. I have created a lot of sales campaigns and used different online channels to increase e-commerce sales and incomes. I have used and improved SEO (internal, external and technical), I have been ordering and configuring AdWords, Social Networks (Facebook), Remarketing and Retargeting, Mailing (Newsletters, Abandoned Cart), Banners and other visual media. I also have experience with TV and Radio marketing.Sales. Sales are closely related with marketing and e-commerce, so my experience with sales is also related through online campaigns and different online channels. The best achievement is Mediashop.lt has become a top 10 online store in Lithuania in 2010. Telia's best sales achievement is 1000 B2B sales leads in a month.Leadership. I have great leadership, negotiation, goal setting and delegation skills. I am a very communicative person and I know Lithuanian, English and Russian, a little Polish languages and I am learning Spanish in my leisure time.
