- Commercial, civil, and administrative litigation, in particular debt collection (as well as at the stage of enforcement proceedings), bankruptcy, tax and other litigation projects;- Representation of clients interest’s in criminal proceedings, in particular at the stage of pre-trial investigation; - Representation of clients interest’s at regulatory inspections;- Legal consulting on dispute resolution matters;- Legal consulting (opinions, memorandums) on regulatory matters (trading rules (retail and wholesale), technical regulation, standardization, certification, licensing, obtaining permits and other permissive documents, consumers’ rights protection, taxation etc.) with regard to the sale (inclusive import and export) and promotion (advertising) of medicinal, food, none-food and other products as well as legal advises on different other matters in a sphere of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food&beverages etc.- Legal support of public procurement projects, contractual work and other client’s daily business activity as well as drafting internal policies and other local acts etc.;- Legal due diligence of Clients activities (regulatory, corporate and other matters);Writing articles, preparation of newsletters, active participation in workgroups, meetings, seminars organized by EBA and ACC.

- Legal analysis of valid medical contracts (providing services on birth delivery, pregnancy monitoring, surgical treatment, patronage monitoring, auxiliary reproductive technologies (fertility treatment), plastic surgery, etc.);- Legal analysis and drafting lease contracts (company’s premises and premises for new medical centres), contractor's agreements (including construction), service agreements (including marketing and insurance services), supply of medical equipment, medicines and other goods, loan agreements (opening of credit lines, providing of overdrafts and credits), agreements on cooperation with other medical institutions, insurance companies (regarding providing medical services to insured clients);- Drafting foreign economic contracts (with insurance companies, providers of medical and other equipment, medical institutions, etc.);- Drafting and analysis of company’s valid local normative acts (provisions, policies, rules, collective labour agreement, instructions (job description), orders, other acts);- Representing company’s interests in controlling and law enforcement state authorities during inspections and other issues (Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Sanitary and Epidemiological Service, Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, fire inspection, public prosecutor’s office, tax police and inspection);- Legal support (involving external consultants) in obtaining licence on medical practice and its copies for separate subsidiaries, permissions of fire inspection, conclusions of Sanitary and Epidemiological Service, registration of beginning of construction works and putting in exploitation in state architectural construction inspection of Ukraine, obtaining other documents required for company’s business activity and its separate subdivisions;- Legal support of project development: opening of new structural company’s subdivisions (medical centres in Dnipropetrovs’k, Kyiv and Odesa).

- Contract work (legal analysis, projects development, preparing minutes on discrepancies to agreements and foreign economic contracts (import of equipment and raw material for producing sanitary and hygienic products, angle, board cartridge case and other paper products; export of company’s products to Europe and CIS countries);- Support litigation activities (representing in jurisdictional authorities (court, administrative, International Commercial Arbitration Court of Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) in different institutions and at any stages, including at the stage of executive performance, and also in bankruptcy cases);- Legal support of company’s corporate and legal issues (organization and documentary support of general shareholders meetings, supervisory board and auditing committee, including drafting resolutions, minutes, incorporation documents, state registration of amendments to incorporation documents, organization of publication of special information, representing company’s interests in territorial divisions of commission of securities and fund market, National Depository of Ukraine, All-Ukrainian Depository of Securities);- Representing company’s interests in controlling and law enforcement state authorities (state tax authority, public prosecutor's office, Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc.), state authorities related to obtaining permissions (seals obtaining), certificates (statistics, 4-ОПП, etc.) and other documents, required for company’s business activity performance; - Legal assistance in company’s partner companies’ activity: TPC SENS LLC, Galsad LLC in Lviv and Papir-Mal LLC in Malyn. - Participation in preparing drafts of company’s and its partner companies’ local normative acts, including drafts of amendments to valid acts (provisions, regulations, charters, orders).http://paperandboard.com.ua
