The main spheres of specialization are antitrust law, corporate law and labor law, securities, commercial law, commercial court proceedings.Duties include:• participation in the meetings with the clients;• conduction of extensive legal research aimed at gathering and analyzing data related to the client issues;• preparation and filing of procedural documents;• participation in court hearings;• contractual work (drafting of agreements, legal opinions and memorandum); • assistance in keeping clients informed as to their cases and provision of legal advice related to client issues;• employment planning for start-up businesses: drafting employment agreements with company's management and employment agreements with employees, personnel policies including benefit packages and incentive programs;• employment of foreign citizens, including employment permits and management services agreements;• collective bargaining and agreements;• general advice regarding other labor issues, such as labor agreements and contracts and development of compliant labor policies and procedures.• establishing legal entities (including insurance companies, investment companies, banks, holding companies, affiliates);• liquidation of legal entities;• M&A of legal entities;• statutes, shareholder agreements, internal regulations;• the securities issue, registration, re-registration, redemption and reporting;• corporate governance;• corporate restructuring;• corporate disputes.

Duties include:• Analysis of EU and national legal acts and best practices concerning the transfer of cultural values, prohibitions and limitations of their export in other European countries;• Analysis of national regulations in European countries on establishment and using of electronic registers (data-base) of cultural values, including lost items (private and state ownership);• Analysis of EU and national legal acts and best practices concerning returning of cultural property;• Analysis of national legal acts and best practices in European countries concerning administration of museums and their collections (functions, authority, level of control and responsibility, mechanism of items’ registration and other relevant issues)

The main spheres of specialization are antitrust law, administrative law, civil law, criminal law, corporate law, financial law and labor law.Duties included:• elaboration of statutory documents in accordance with the national legislation and international standards, examination of legal status of enterprises with different forms of liability and preparation of legal conclusions (due diligence);• working with cases appealing against illegal activities and acts of officials and state bodies, including tax authorities and control bodies of Ukraine;• controlling and coordinating the preparation of documents package for receiving permission for concentration in Antitrust Committee of Ukraine;• preparation legal conclusions dealing with ownership issues and corporate management for such companies as: “StoryFirst Communications, Inc.” (USA), “Alfa Telecom Limited” (BVI), “Ferroli S.P.A.” (Italy), “Margaritelli Kaelin S.A.” (Luxemburg), “Leco Instrumente Plzeň spol. s r.o” (Czech Republic) etc.;• preparation of legal conclusions, advices on pleading abroad, dealing with European conventions on criminal and criminal-proceeding legal procedures, European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and also with criminal and criminal-proceeding legislation of Ukraine.

Duties included:• drafting, coordination and implementation of the international treaties on legal assistance and cooperation programs;• organizing legal cooperation with foreign ministries of justice, governmental and non-governmental organizations.
