In 2008 I founded Yanpix and worked in different positions. Started as a software developer, proceeded as a Project Manager, as a Team Leader, BDM, CFO and CEO at the same time.I lead a team of 10 developers and 5 projects simultaneously. When my team extended to 25 developers I had 2 project managers in my command.My expertise encompasses providing expert consultation on project requirements and offering strategic guidance during implementation. I have a strong track record of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.My team built different SaaS services, web applications, iOS/Android mobile applications and desktop applications. We worked on APIs and Cloud platform integrations.
