Development and implementation of the Group’s risk strategy in their financial assets (2 banks, microcredit company, leasing company): credit policy, management provision calculation policy, risk control;Coordination and support of risk departments in financial entities of the Group;Unification of risk policies in the Group assets;Implementation of risk policies in new Group members:M&A, integration of new assets to the Group;Implementation of IFRS 9 in the banks (cooperation with Big 4) and other Group’s entities;Support the process of external audit of the Group banks and companies, negotiations with auditors;Approving of large credit decisions (member of Tascombank’s Credit Council), analyzing of investment projects, approving of financing;Support interbank relations: approving of deposits placement by the Group companies.

Analysis of activity, market environment, financial performance of the borrower, making forecast, structuring of credit deal, writing credit application and presenting it at the Credit Committee meeting, communication with clients on getting necessary information, cooperation with colleagues abroad.Main clients – daughter companies of international corporations which are involved into production and distribution of pharm goods, agri-goods, IT-industry, machinery, building materials, FMCG, services etc.

Working with credit applications: analysis of business, financial performance of the borrower, structuring of credit deal, investment projects analysis, writing risk-opinion, negotiations with business units and clients.Maintenance of credit files: making of credit files, considering memos on changes in the loan's conditions, considering drafts of the agreements, accounting documents.Managing of unit (2 employees): training and adaptation of young specialists, checking of risk-opinions written by subordinated employees, control of timings and work quality, recruitment, preparing of methodological manuals for analysis of some branches of the business, preparing market overviews, participating in Credit Council meetings.
