At Kapacity I am working as a consultant within Corporate Performance Management (CPM). CPM is an umbrella concept for a set of management and analytic processes supported by technology. Working with CPM as a consultant I enable businesses to define strategic goals and then manage and measure organizational performance against these goals. My primary tasks have been conducted in Jedox and IBM's Planning Analytics (TM1), where I have automated and improved processes within: - Budgeting - Forecasting - Consolidation - Cost Allocation

During my time with Frode Laursen much of my time was spend on digitalization and process optimization. I was part of implementing the company's first Business Intelligence tool (Cognos Analytics). I was responsible for the preparation of data in SQL and the creation of reports in Cognos Analytics. Furthermore, I had tasks that consisted of: - Monthly KPI's to management - Contribution Margin calculations - Transfer pricing
