Manage and coordinate factory activities, draw up process maps and SOPs, implement quality assurance, oversee production team, budget, and improvement reports.

Collaborate with products engineer on product development project: designing, industrialization pilot and mass production scaling.Ensure supplier’s compliance with Quality standards, Decathlon Human Responsibility in Production standards.Ensure the liaise between retailers and suppliers to manage the supply chain.Collaborate effectively with suppliers to improve performance: optimizing production plan and capacities, planning procurement, following stock and components arrival.
