Main responsibilities:- Customer contact in terms of requirements fulfillment, upcoming changes, issues- Running projects in accordance to internal procedures and CSR- Progress communication at local (Plant Management) and global (Program Management) level- Regular monitoring of assumed scope and budget linked to particular project- Regular monitoring and adjustment of project timeline - Change management process coordination in terms of products, assembly lines, procedures- Recovery plan preparation and execution in case of crisis (caused by external and internal factors)- Adapting particular project parameters to dynamic environment- Organization / participation at global Core Team Meetings- Upcoming risks identification and management- Planning and execution coordination of WBS- Coordination of interdisciplinar team assigned to particular project- Delivering required support to project team members- Conflict identification and management- Required project documentation preparation- Timely issues escalation to Higher Management (if required)- Official handover of projects to series production phase (SOP)

Main responsibilities:- Customer contact in terms of automotive parts supplies (Tier 1 and Tier 2). Supported regions: Europe, South America, South Africa and Asia- Customer schedules monitoring and negotiation- Production planning basing on available schedules, inculding all limiting factors like: assembly line capacity, manpower availability, components availability, OEE.- ERP system EDI and PRODUCTION module coordination- Inventory and packaging management- Participation in Project Teams as a Logistics Department representative- Recovery plan preparation and execution in case of crisis issues- Logistics supervisor deputy (in case of supervisor absence)- Participation in internal operational and strategic business meetings- Forecasting of upcoming capacity, components, obsolence issues- Master Production Schedule regular and timely updates- Participation in ERP system (SAP) implementation at plant level- ERP system support for new logistics department members- Supplier and contact for european aftermarket parts distribution centre- Customer on-line systems usage and updates- Participation in plant annual inventories (as an internal auditor)
