Creating Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures for staff to follow. Carrying out RTW and LTW interviews. Measure and improve performance of the team and report to Senior Management. Assure compliance with DFT standards. Guide and coach Team Leaders to their progression. Carrying quarterly One to One’s with the team. Completing HR documentation on daily basis. Actively engaged in Employee Opinion Survey and Corporate Social Responsibility projects. Carrying disciplinary, grievance, performance interviews. Monitoring team behaviours and pro-actively address any negative behaviours arising through leadership skills whilst recognising, encouraging, rewarding and building on positive behaviours. Covering for Senior Manager when necessary.

Responsible for managing 4 team leaders and 14 staff members. Creating Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for the department. Submitting budget weekly and quarterly. Managing Food Consumption Project for customer. Responsible for developing new applications that improved department. Setting and amending KPI’s. Work closely with Operation department to ensure stock integrity and resolving possible issues. Producing statistical information regarding volumes, productivity and issues. Responsible for staff rostering, hiring, training and promoting.

Hayes

Responsible for managing 60+ staff members. Reporting to Shift Manager. Responsible for inducting and training new staff. Solving technical issues with equipment. Carrying investigation meetings. Covering manager when needed.

Heathrow

X-RAY and IONSCAN operator, creating AIR, ROAD and SEA freight shipment, assure compliance with DFT.

Feltham

Responsible for 10 staff members. Reporting directly to Shift Manager. Carrying daily equipment and stock audits. Assure compliance with Quality, Health and Safety and Security. Carrying out Food Safety and Hygiene audits. Responsible for Final Check of goods prior customer delivery.
