I’ve dedicated 20 years of my life to the Dance Cultures; between warehouses, clubs and basements of London. Yet somehow, my name can be found attached to the birth of the clubbing scene in Wroclaw / Poland, where I began my journey with music. I’ve gathered a lot of experience along the way; in events management, curation and my main passion as DJ. I am a graduate of Music & Sonic Media BA (First Class Honours) at London South Bank University.My earlier years were spent climbing the career ladder in retail; as stylist, display assistant and visual merchandiser. I've moved up from a junior stylist role to a visual merchandising manager position in the seven years I dedicated to this chapter. In my final role as VMM I reported to the store’s GM, but planned my own schedule. As part of development plan I’ve gained new skills, some of which I still consider valuable in my everyday life: how to successfully delegate workload to the team, to train and offer feedback. As a key holder for the store, outside of the styling and product management duties, I was also responsible for handling operational procedures, administration, supervising cleaning staff etc.As much as I am very happy in the world of music and events, the years spent in this fast-paced environment and the experiences that I’ve been able to transfer, today, are invaluable resources which I can access now, when running some of my freelance projects. It also gave me the know-how and the ability to coordinate medium to large multimedia projects.
