Main projects and activities:- Expert on sectoral qualifications frameworks in project of development the Integrated Qualifications System in Poland;- Short Term Expert in Twinning Project "Further improvement of the system for development and implementation of the National Qualifications Framework in Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia";- Short Term Expert in Twinning Light Project "Support to the modernization of the system for post-secondary education in Former Yuglosav Republic of Macedonia";- project leader in Erasmus+ project "IMPADA - Improving The Effectiveness of Adult Education for Disadvantaged Groups"; - team member in a project of horizontal comparisons, in cooperation with EQF Advisory Group.

Main tasks:- research (qualitative and quantitative) in fields of education and qualifications;- working in team of analysts implementing Integrated Qualifications System and Polish Qualifications Framework;- analyses of many aspects of IQS, consulting the works on a legal act;- responsibility for the development of "sectoral qualifications frameworks" (SQFs):- cooperation with stakeholders, especially from banking and telecommunication sectors;- managing the cooperation with sub-contractors, collaboration with teams of 10-25 experts;- developing the methodology of creating and implementing SQFs;- developing tools of quality assurance and validation on the sectorial level;- promoting the project on national and international conferences.
