When I founded Sfera Group several years ago, I did not realize how important the experience I had gained while studying and working in various industries was. I was a regular salesperson and sales director, kitchen assistant and chef, marketer and vice president of a bank. For 25 years I have been a PR, communication and sales practitioner.I sincerely believe that by developing communication you can more fully achieve the goals that you set for yourself in life or in business. Over the last several years in my own company, I have experienced that working in an agency is not a sprint but a marathon. I am the founder and owner of an experienced and growing communication agency (PR, content marketing, social media and influencer marketing). Together with the team, we work for market leaders all over the place and we are proud to be based in one of the most vibrant cities in Poland - Wrocław. So far, we have served over 100 clients on long-term projects. We help companies to develop a communication strategy and implement it on the market through close cooperation with their internal departments - PR, marketing, sales and HR. We build trust in brands through constant communication with their recipients.As a communication and sales practitioner, I have spent hundreds of hours conducting trainings and workshops that develop the skills of salespeople and marketers. I have 20 years of experience in crisis management in various industries. This allows me to cooperate with the largest companies in finding solutions in situations of image crises.I am a huge fan of Australia - its culture, cuisine and lifestyle. I spent 2 years there.
