EMEA Lead role for Information & Payment Security and Records Management acting as Chief Information Security Officer extension in the region and delivering service to multiple divisions. In this role I was responsible for building the competence centre within GBM InfoSec (support for Engineering forums, development of security standards, risk assessments, security consultancy). It allowed me to combine technical skills with delivery management function and management of Warsaw based team (3). I enjoyed providing reasonable and realistic solutions aligned with the specific environment, business capabilities and security threat profile (risk based and cost conscious).
