Responsible for all UX development in Eurozet Group.Prepared internet strategy to move web/mobile presence of RadioZet and Republika radio from radio support to full entertainment and news services. Designed mobile-optimized layouts and information architecture for Eurozet sites. Responsible for art direction during development. Designed 2 main sites: RadioZET.pl and Antyradio.pl and many smaller, usually advertising projects.

Introduced user-centered approach to design, through usability studies and general practice. Devised and introduced “invisible interface” policy, now known as minimalism (2002)Developed several innovative services as OnetBlog which allowed users to customize their site without any coding (2001); OnetMail with online preview and stories, now known in Gmail, common log-in for all internal and external services; 2 column layout which introduced such design to Polish Internet; inline and native ads… and many more.Directly responsible for portal’s home page through all the time – introduced automatic customization of news links for a particular user based on browsing patterns (2003).
