The aim was to implement standard logistic processes and streamlining its current IT application portfolio and IT architecture involving 11 countries and 72 locations in Europe with more than 150 systems. Responsibilities:Vendor Management Lead:I was in contact with the Vendors from the 11 countries and coordinated the aligments of design, build and testing activities for the new requirements.
