Manager with several roles in an SAP S/4 Hana greenfield implementation project at a French electrical equipment manufacturing company. Direct contact with all the stakeholders on the project including both Business and IT from Client and Accenture side with reporting directly to senior management. The project had a Pilot and multiple Buy & Sell and Manufacturing rollouts in Central-Europe and Asia.Responsibilities:My roles included the daily coordination of 40+ involved people during the UAT, Cutover and Post Go-Live Support phases and driving the daily/weekly status meetings of each phase with 40+ participants.UAT manager:Planning the UAT timeline, gather and schedule the test scenarios using Panaya test tool. Manage the Panaya and SAP authorization and training for all testers. Monitor the progress, manage cross-team dependencies, issues and tickets in the Panaya test tool.Cutover Manager:Planning the Cutover timeline, gathering and scheduling the Go-Live related tasks. Closely working together with the Functional and Technical teams. The Cutover tasks included both technical: SAP Basis/Configuration, Job scheduling, Interface/Middleware build and deployment, Roles & Authorization, and business activities such as Communication, Business ramp down and ramp up activities before and after the Go-Live. Closely work with the Security team and the Client on the SAP Roles & Authorization for Key and End users.Closely monitor the progress and manage cross-team dependencies.Post Go-Live Support Manager:Planning the support timeline, meetings, JIRA training and accesses for the end users. Monitor the progress, manage cross-team dependencies, issues and tickets in JIRA.
