MetMax Europe is a flagship investment of Vestin Equity. The company was acquired by a group of private investors in a management buy in / leverage buy out transaction organised and managed by Vestin Equity as co-investor in 2016. I'm in charge of planning and realising the growth strategy of the company in order to make MetMax Europe a significant company on the metalworking market in Eastern and Central Europe, that supplies components to its international partners as a member of the international supply chain.
