As the Head of FP&A my main objective is to support major business decisions with my 5-person team and make suggestions to improve overall financial health of the company. We are charged to develop and consolidate internal and external databases, build up and implement extended planning and analysis processes to become more adaptive to changing scenarios, introduce advanced and fully automated reporting system to boost productivity. Our team monitor and analyze business performance to make recommendation to C-suite execs and senior management on an ongoing basis.

I have led a two-person team which responsibilities were to provide data analytics to the whole company with sales and marketing focus and develop an integrated database structure and reporting system to support the entire organisation to improve business performance. As leader of the team my role was to create a data monetisation strategy and manage the operational work, identify and develop a reporting roadmap to the company, oversee the analytical work and continue to provide analysis and revenue forecast to C-level management.

I have joined McDonald’s to build up a professional analytical insight and a data-driven decision support. I was responsible to provide advice and consultancy to sales and marketing decision makers, especially to CMO. My main tasks were to create various analysis to understand sales results, optimising pricing strategy, conducting customer research, monitoring overall health of the product portfolio and making revenue/demand plans and forecasts.

As a market research analyst, I was responsible for supporting business decision makers with different market and customer analyses. My main tasks were to understand competitors' bahaviour and underpinning customer trends. Besides the regular corporate reporting process, I was actively involved in ad-hoc market and customer research projects as well. My responsibilities also include operative management of our continuous research surveys.

As a Business Analyst I developed reports and analyses about various business related topics, such as sales performance, customer behaviour, pricing strategies, promotions, market behaviour, etc.In the majority of my time I worked with Procter & Gamble and General Mills, but I have also made analyses e.g for Imperial Tobacco, Nestlé, Gyermelyi.
