I was leading the installation and setup of automated ESP unit production lines.• Specifying the production lines, including aspects of quality assurance and process capability, negotiations with possible suppliers.• Conducting machine acceptance trials, according to preliminary defined quality criteria.• Placing into operation, process capability demonstration towards customers by process audit.

I was leading the group of project planning engineers, and the prototype building team.• Assuring the project planning and project execution activities including advanced product quality planning (APQP) for all the new product launches in the plant, reporting to the top management.• Managing the product development and production line implementation activities. Definition of investment, requesting capital expenditure, controlling tool / equipment procurement.• Preparing quality management documentation (process FMEA, control plan), verifying the preliminary process capability (SPC – Ppk), and the measurement system capability (MSA – R@R) on the new production lines.

I was harmonizing the customer care activities in the European (English, Belgian, Polish, Hungarian) plants of the company. • Functional leading the customer service engineers and the warranty analysis laboratories in the European plants.• Implementing and continuously improving the harmonized warranty analysis data base.• Active participation in the implementation of the process-oriented ISO/TS 16949 standard. Total responsibility for the customer care processes.

I was the primary customer service contact for the OEM-s for quality and technical topics.• Organizing the warranty analysis and the customer complaint settlement activities.• Coordinating the first sampling activities, submitting PPAP documentation, tracking their status.
