Processes Quality Assurance Engineer (Portugal): • Ensure the uniformity and conformity of finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials through adequate control plans and the definition of the tasks of the Quality Facilitators in the various areas; • Implement action plans to eliminate deviations in the product and the production process; • Follow-up of the auditing process, work instructions and procedures; • Manage the program of internal audits to ensure that they’re carried out within the plan; • Ensure the training of company employees on the quality requirements implemented in the organization; • Ensure adequate product capability levels; • Encourage the use of quality tools in problem solving.Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (Central QM/Portugal): • Coordinate complaint creation, evidence and cost collection; • Follow up all complaints incl. 8D-report analysis and costs; • Escalate unsolvable problems via central QM Suppliers or the Contact Group; • Monitor and track complaint KPIs. • Gather plant specific requirements related to RM logistics / packaging and align with R&D and CP, communicate agreed requirements to suppliers; • Implement improvements with regard to transport, paperwork, packaging, communication, COAs (support by purchasing and regional SD); • Standardize complaint initiation and follow up process (report, 8D-acceptance). • Handle all locally purchased materials with regards to quality; • Actively support and review plant countercheck activities; • Assure quality qualification of local suppliers; • Support process audits at corporate suppliers in the region; • Follow-up of improvement actions at the suppliers; • Create and maintain an audit plan for local suppliers; • Audit local suppliers based on the audit plan; • Follow-up of improvement actions. • Report current supplier quality situation to central QM Suppliers.(Complete tasks and responsibilities described in the CV)

• Planning and execution of supplier quality tasks framed in the component and supplier qualification during all phases of a project;• Responsibility for coordination of Non Conformities (NCs) as also the operative execution of SAP-QM attributed tasks framed in the NC-Management;• Root Cause Analysis with supplier;• Follow up on corrective and preventive measures;• Supplier quality representative in Quality improvement projects;• Participation in cross-functional teams dealing with Supply Chain/blades related topics.

Entidade empregadora: Faurecia Automotive Seating - Seat Structure Systems DivisionMain responsibilities: • Manage Quality claims and ensure resolution through communication and assistance to the supplier; • Close quality problems by managing the process & product specific audits; • Manage Supplier sorting activities to assure less impact in the plant; • Manage the Charge Back process with the support of accounting and in co-operation with the commodity buyers; • Update Good Incoming Inspection plan and measurement instructions; • Manage changes on purchased parts or of Suppliers (internal/external) during serial production; • Deploy APQP related to development phase (or current production phase) of bought out parts following Faurecia Purchasing requirements; • Train the suppliers and makes sure that the defined standards are properly applied and on time delivered (APQP elements); • Follow the APQP progress with the status report and make decisions in collaboration with the program team; • Give recommendations on technical choices to ensure the product/process robustness during program development (for both suppliers and Faurecia plant); • Manage the process qualification at supplier (control plan and quality basics implementation, mass production trial & process Audit); • Monitor, Review and Approve Supplier PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and S/R rate; • Secure all Key characteristics (Safety and Regulations) during Program phase; • Manage progress/convergence plan with low performance suppliers involved in program in collaboration with division SQD; • Mentor/Manage junior SQA; • Define Annual Supplier Audit Plan; • Audit Supplier according the Audit Plan and according SPQA referential and/or Costumer requirement; • Consolidate required supplier quality indicators for the plant; • Manage Incoming Inspection Department.
